Assessments
If you do not see a tab called "Assessments" when you are logged into your account, the organization does not allow you to conduct or view assessments via the Client Portal.

Conduct Assessments
If you see the Finalize Assessment button at the bottom of the screen, do not click it until you have selected statements for all scales in the assessment!!
Once you are logged into your eLogic Genesis record:
- Tap the menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap Assessments

- Tap Scheduled to expand
- Locate the assessment you want to conduct
- Tap View
- Tap the statement that is most relevant to you from the list - each time you make a selection, the system will advance you to the next scale
- Repeat until the Review Assessment screen
- Review your work and tap Edit to change any selections
- Proceed to Finalize Assessments below
Finalize Assessments
Use caution when finalizing assessments! Once finalized, they cannot be edited.
After reviewing your assessment and statement selections, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click/tap Finalize Assessment.
The finalized assessment will be saved in your record and available for viewing.
Note that once an assessment is finalized, it cannot be edited. If you have a finalized assessment that needs edits, contact your specialist.
Review Past Assessments
You can review any of your finalized assessments via the Client Portal. Once you are logged into your eLogic Genesis record:
- Tap the menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap Assessments

- Tap Previous Assessment to expand
- Locate the assessment you want to view
- Tap View
- Advance through each scale by tapping the green tab toward the top of the screen
- Selected statements are shown below, are green, and have a checkmark

- When finished reviewing, tap Return to Assessments at the bottom of the screen
