Files
If you do not see a tab called "Files" when you are logged into your account, the organization does not allow you to access your files via the Client Portal.

Upload Files
- Click the Files tab from the navigation bar
- Click Upload File(s)
- Locate the file(s) from your computer
- You can upload up to three files at a time
- Select the file(s) and click Open
- Save confirmation will appear
- The file is uploaded to your record
Tag File(s)
Please note that you can tag only the files that you upload to your record. If you do not see the
plus sign for the Tag, it is because the file was uploaded by your specialist.
Tag options are created by your specialist. Where appropriate, you can assign a tag to a file that you've uploaded. Tags help categorize your files by labeling them.
- Click the Files tab from the navigation bar
- Locate the file you wish to tag from the list of files below
- Under the Tag column, click the
plus sign - Tag options will appear in a drop-down
- Select the desired tag from the list
- Click Save
- Tag is applied to the file
Edit File Name
Please note that you cannot rename files that have been uploaded by your specialist. If you attempt to rename a file that was uploaded by your specialist, you will receive an error message stating "You don't have access to update that file."
After you upload a file, you may need to rename the file for your specialist:
- Click the Files tab from the navigation bar
- Hover your mouse cursor over the file you wish to rename from the list of files below
- Click the
edit icon - Enter the desired file name in the text field
- Click Save
- The file name is updated
Download File
- Click the Files tab from the navigation bar
- Hover your mouse cursor over the file you wish to download from the list of files below
- Click the
download icon - Save to your computer as desired
Delete File
Please note that you can only delete files that you have uploaded. You cannot delete files that were uploaded by a specialist.
- Click the Files tab from the navigation bar
- Hover your mouse cursor over the file you wish to delete from the list of files below
- Click the
delete icon - Confirmation will appear across the top of the screen:
- To delete, click Delete
- Click Cancel to cancel the file deletion

- Click the Files tab from the navigation bar
- Locate the desired file from the list
- Under the Req. Files (Application) column, click the
plus sign - Select the correct label for the file from the list
- Click Save
- Repeat as needed for each required document
